The company will also use its Twitter profile to enlighten followers about the fact that it strictly focuses on Mexican auto insurance. “Social media is the way to go when it comes to spreading the word like this,” says the employee.
Mexican Insurance Store decided to launch its new campaign after learning that many existing customers primarily bought their coverage from the company because of its focus on providing this type of insurance. “Before I bought my Mexican car insurance a few months ago, I did a ton of research,” says one customer. “After looking around for awhile, I learned that Mexican Insurance Store was unique because it focused on Mexico car insurance. So many other providers offered so many different types of coverage. It was reassuring to see that Mexican Insurance Store was focused on one particular type of product.”
The company has no plans to expand into providing other types of insurance. “We add new Mexican auto insurance products to our lineup fairly regularly,” says Gray. “When something comes along that will add value for our customers, we’re more than happy to provide it. However, we’re not going to deviate from offering A RATED Mexican car insurance. We like focusing on this type of insurance, and we’ve learned that our customers appreciate it too.” The company’s new marketing campaign is in its earliest stages, but Gray and his employees are optimistic about its results. “We think it’s really going to open people’s eyes,” says Gray.
